Of course there are limited resources available, , , , when you have the Multiplex Operating Board hoarding or should I say hiding almost half a million dollars in revenue from their operating budget, or the half a million dollars in salaries for administrators who are sitting on that same board!

The Superstore/PeaveyMart traffic light is the most useless one in the city. I wish they'd get rid of it.

Agreed. The delay on the light switch from east-west travel to north-south travel when a vehicle approaches from north or south is nonexistant.

It is totally counter-productive to traffic flow and illustrates how incompetent the city's traffic department is... or is it more COWBOY POLITICS?

You do realize that the Peavy Mart sells a lot of cowboy supplies now do you?
