Watch out for this one, bad news. For sure a candidate with hidden motives.

I didn't notice anything in the Peacock forum that pushed me one way or the other. I did note he did say "I think Moose Jaw is a community on the edge of great things. I think things are gonna happen here that are gonna surprise us."

Although he does work in sales and I'm usually cautious of people who know enough about humans that they are able to persuade them to buy what they are selling and make it seem like they need it. I don't know if that's this guy or not.

His concern about affordable housing seems to be that they be built pleasing to the eye so they retain their value. He's a realtor, what's to be expected I guess.

Wants to promote Moose Jaw. "My God, wouldn't people want to live here?"

Believes infrastructure is bad but thinks it can't be done right away, needs to be done over time. The problem I have is that it hasn't been maintained over time so now we need to play catch up plus do the regular maintenance something that will cost us dearly.

Didn't make my shortlist though.

I don't know what it is with this guy but personally he does give me a very bad vibe.
I cannot say why but I spoke to hm for about two minutes and just felt that there was something underlying.
That for me just did not fit.
It is just my opinion but it is how I felt.
