Wolf, Moose Jaw is a smaller city...when people park 'a few blocks to walk' then the businesses in that area suffer. Their regulars don't show up for either a meal or a coffee...just the way it is.
The park and ride is a good idea on paper but not in practice...I've seen empty buses running that the taxpayers are paying for.
