My vote for Mr. Moose Jaw is Ray Boughen. He has been a success in all his undertakings- principal, CEO, mayor, consultant, and M.P. He has been an instrumental force in making Moose Jaw what it is today. We have moved forward with Ray. His success has been our success. The rest of Canada can only envy our good fortune. He truly represents what we are.

I don't know about swim trunks but he sure looks good in a suit.
