Isn't that this governments motto? And if you're really caught red-handed...just apologize.

A really INTRUSIVE Bill and now the costs are to be paid by taxpayers at both ends - as taxpayers and users!! http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2 ... costs.html

I'm a Conservative, but from a taxpayer and privacy perspective this issue is truly disgusting!!

$80M for the first four years, then $6.7M a year after that. I'm willing to bet that is just for legislation and does not in any way mirror the true costs.

This will end up costing us billions. This will also give the ISPs another excuse to raise prices for the internet.

Not to mention this bill is useless. There are too many ways for the bad guys to cover their tracks, like using a trunk system, even the ISP won't be able to tell you where the offending computer is or it's address. Do you think the bad guys don't know this ? The only people that will be looked into is your average joe.

Meanwhile, let's cut OAS and GIS to pay for it.

What's next ? No more elections ? King Stephen will just rule ? First step is to control all media.

No wonder they want to do more northern exploration, they are looking to ice flow to put the elderly people out on.

Maybe this is their solution to cutting the long gun registry.
They will know who has the guns, just by reading your e-mails....
