According to the sign in the window at the renovated building behind the Hammond Building on Fairford St. Veroba's retaurant is oening in May. I assume this is the ladies from the original restaurant. They should do very well .. there food was always great.

Yup. I know the people who own the building and they said it was Veroba's going in there. They were gonna tear it down for parking but decided not to when they were approached about the restaurant.

And the patty melt! Awesome, too. :) Wow, can't wait! I've really missed it.

We've been there twice in the last week, once for breakfast and once for supper.
Both meals were EXCELLENT! The same great taste of food of the original Veroba's location.
Nice place inside, they did a lot of work! Friendly staff, too.

Just took the family there today. The food was great. The prices were hard to believe. I am not sure how they can turn a profit serving such good food for such great prices. The place is pretty nice. Its all new looking... but kind of drab. Whites and greys. Need's a splash of color.
The only problem was our server. Skinny young girl with long black hair. She was not rude at all, but far from enthusiastic. Very monotone. We ordered meals that came with soup or salad and she did not ask what we wanted so we reminded her. Wife ordered salad. I ordered soup. The salad came with the meal, not before, and I never got my soup. Plus she never came by to refill our drinks. We only had ice water but a good server would have topped us up right?
Aside from the server though, the place seemed good. Hopefully she will get better.
