I agree I went there with the family once and it took over an hour to get a pizza.
And the place was not even half full.

Pizza Hut is weird.. If you eat in the restaurant and order, I've never had anything but great experiences. If you order take-out or delivery, most of the time, the pizzas are undercooked and they skimp severely on the ingredients.

Maybe the cooks know that they'll get immediate negative feedback if they make bad pizza for in-restaurant customers....but feedback is deflected if they make it bad at delivery? I don't know.

What really annoyed me the time that my meal was served well after my date had eaten his was when we asked the waitress why the delay on mine, she couldn't give me an answer and just walked away. I felt sorry for her as she wasn't happy with meal being held up either.
I just won't eat there anymore...simple as that. I prefer Houston's pizza anyway...

Pizza Hut? Yeah, they did some 'reno's' if you can call them that.. It looks..The..Exact...Same...Inside.. And guess what? The service is STILL TERRIBLE.
Love the pizza, hate the establishment. I've had nothing but terrible experiences ordering food from there. Also, I heard they closed for reno's because of a health inspection issue? Does anyone know if there is any truth to that?

If you search for Moose Jaw Pizza Hut, the only thing the health inspection report could find wrong was:

In the scheme of things, this is a very minor issue, and I certainly challenge you to spend some going through the site and finding any Moose Jaw restaurant that has a purely clean inspection record.

It has been awhile since I have been there.
I still know about four people from Regina that only come to this city to eat at Nits.

FYI, I haven't been back to NIts since we chased the cockroaches out of the napkin holder.

Perhaps it is the fresh protein that makes the taste that brings them back for more....

Personally though I am inclined to think that this restaurant is more of a competitor to the Boston Pizza crowd.
