I once heard a saying that history repeats itself!

And the reserves that the mplex gang are so eager to spend were started after the city went into receivership-so it would never happen again.Another round of some of this council & we should almost be there.

I can tell you something even sadder and that is many of the people that pushed for the Multi-Plex are the grandchildren and great grandchildren of the same people that bankrupted this city the first time.

I never knew this...this part of Moose Jaw history..thanks TD...
